Little Gate helps people with learning disabilities and autism move towards paid work. From its farm in Beckley and its Hastings office, it offers supported work training, apprenticeships, employment and continuing job-coach support.

Job coaches help match people with roles and support them at work.
Long-term support
Trainees and employers continue to receive help after a paid role begins.
